By creating an account you agree to use the booking platform only for legitimate
booking purposes and in accordance with these terms. The system must not be used
for fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activities.
2. Account Information
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
The platform is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect or outdated
information provided by the user.
3. Payments and Credits
Credits purchased through the platform can be used for booking training sessions
or activities offered by clubs or organizers. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
unless required by applicable law.
4. Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be cancelled according to the rules defined by the club or organizer.
If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time,
the payment will not be refunded.
5. Platform Role
The platform provides a booking and scheduling tool only. Clubs, coaches, and
organizers are fully responsible for the organization, execution, and safety
of activities booked through the platform.
6. Payment Security
The platform does not store credit card or payment details.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
7. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws,
including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Account Misuse
Accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse of the system, or repeated
violations of booking rules may be suspended or permanently removed.
9. Service Availability
While we strive to provide a reliable service, the platform may occasionally
be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
10. Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform
after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Disputes
The platform operator acts solely as a booking platform and is not responsible
for disputes between users and clubs, coaches, or organizers. Any issues related
to activities, services, payments, or scheduling must be resolved directly with
the respective club or organizer.
